Orders & Payments

Orders placed on La Mer et La Plage are securely processed through PayPal. Customers may complete purchases using either a PayPal account or a major credit/debit card through PayPal’s secure checkout platform.

When an order is placed, your card may be temporarily pre-authorized to verify payment details and available funds. Your card will only be charged once product availability has been confirmed and your order is approved for processing and shipment.

If an item is unavailable, the authorization hold will automatically expire or be released according to your bank or card issuer’s processing times.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.

Shipping

We offer complimentary nationwide shipping within the Dominican Republic. International shipping is available at an additional cost calculated at checkout. You may also choose to pickup your order at out store.

Dominican Republic: 2–5 business days
International Orders: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and courier delays.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with tags attached.

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, certain items including sale items, swimwear, intimate apparel, jewelry, or special-order products may be considered final sale and non-returnable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
